1.Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically when you use our website.

  • Information you submit through forms: name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and the details you provide about your business and project.
  • Payment information: processed through our secure payment provider within HighLevel. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Account access you grant us: if you purchase a marketing service, you may add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile or social accounts. We do not take ownership of these accounts.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, collected through standard web analytics.
  • Chat widget conversations: messages you send through the chat widget on our website are stored by our chat provider and by us.

2.How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  • Google Business Profile and social platforms, where you have granted us management access.

4.Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across unrelated websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function, such as the chat widget.

5.Text messaging and communications consent

If you provide a phone number, you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry or project by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply.

If you purchase a review-request service, your customers receive messages sent on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those customers and for complying with applicable messaging regulations in your jurisdiction.
